3. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments: Appointments must be scheduled in advance. To secure your preferred time slot, we recommend booking as early as possible.
Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. 

4. Payment

Fees: Payment for services is due at the time of booking.
Methods: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Affirm, Klarna, and Afterpay.
Refunds: All payments are non-refundable.
 

5. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will handle all personal information with the utmost confidentiality. Your personal data will only be used for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

6. Responsibilities

Client Responsibilities: You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding your style preferences, body measurements, and any relevant details that may impact our styling services. As well as completing all your requested tasks in a timely manner.
Stylist Responsibilities: We will provide professional styling advice and recommendations based on the information you provide. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes as fashion is subjective and personal preferences vary.
 

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, images, and design on our website and materials provided as part of our services, are the intellectual property of Styled By Lys. Unauthorized use or reproduction of this content is prohibited.

8. Liability

Styled By Lys is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. We are not responsible for any issues related to products purchased or recommended as part of our styling services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of SC, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in SC, USA.
